Classes take place every Sunday, Jewsih Community Center, 6 Skolas Str.

Israeli modern dance group “Eilat” invites on the dancing classes ARKADA

Opening of the season: Sunday, 6 December, 12.00, Skolas str.6, Small Hall (Mazā zāle)

Arkada-these are modern Israeli dances, Mediterranean and Latin American dances. These dances are known and danced all over the world. Our classes are always celebration of music, beauty, friendship, plastics and new beginnings! We open classes for beginners- everyone can do it! We also invite in advanced group those, who are already familiar with Arkada world!

We were happy to visit Yahad seminar in Estonia and to give a concert there. Cold weather warm people!

Rehearsing for our big performance which will take place on April 13, at 18.00, Riga Jewish Community, Skolas 6. Uri Zer will join us again! Entrance to our concert is free. Welcome everybody! Also, on April 2nd a part of Eilat is going to Lithuanian resort city Palanga for “Machol Baltica” seminar. It will be here:  www.palangos-zuvedra.com This year it is huge including new delegations from Poland and Russia – 160 people all together! We are planning to learn dances and have fun and then to teach you all these dances! Get ready!

Vilnius, “Limmud Keshet 2009”. We had performed a whole show with all our “fresh” Eilat girls. We loved it! Uri Zer, a famous Israeli singer and composer performed with us. Altogether it was hot! See our pictures and see for yourself.
